The craftsman at L.J. Smith offer a collection of the finest quality stair systems in code complying specifications. Our offering includes a wide variety of wood species to select from: oak, beech, poplar, maple and cherry. Many baluster patterns are available with a factory primer coat for interior latex painting. We can assist you in designing a beautiful, and architecturally correct stairway.

R.W. stair parts: R.W. carries just about everything you need for building stairs. Parts range from posts, balusters in all shapes, sizes, materials, rails, shoes, fillets, stair fittings, steps, treads, risers, mouldings, trend covers and all the necessary equipment need to install your new stair case. Also we offer custom millwork. We have a very creative woodworking team to help you design your dream stairs.
